Hyaluronic Acide is safe, well tolerated and does not have as many adverse effects as steroid injections do.

It can be done in Knees, Shoulder and any other joint suffering from osteoarthritis.

After an injection, you may experience mild pain, swelling and stiffness in and around the joint.

After treatment with HA, you shouldn't do hard weight-bearing activity for one or two days. Otherwise, you should be able to resume normal activities. ICE is beneficial to reduce inflammation.

Intense pain, swelling, redness should alert for the risk of infection.

Injection can be done in the clinic for easy and large joints (knees), and under ultrasound for severely damaged and small joints ( Hand , elbow…)
